• We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express.

• We do not accept personal cheques. 

• Payments for medicals are due on booking the appointments

• Payments for additional tests e.g. ECGs, Audiograms, Lab tests are due on the day of the appointment.  

• All medicals such as Aviation Medicals, OGUK medicals, Pre-employment medicals, Cabin crew medicals etc are paid on booking the appointment and are non-refundable. These appointments are allocated to private doctors whose time is then dedicated to that appointment slot. 

• Non-attendance ( more than 15 minutes after the  booked appointment)  or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time for any reason will result in a need to re-book and payment for another appointment

• Appointments may be rescheduled 48 hours prior to the booking time without charge a maximum of two times within one year

• Externally sourced investigations such as MRI and ultrasound scans are non-refundable once they have been paid for on the day. 

• Please note: Medication supplied, including anti-malarials are not refundable once purchased.

• We issue receipts of payment in all cases.
