The team at Flying Medicine  are experienced occupational physicians are not only undertake EASA medicals but are happy to undertake a stress free, swift and professional Airside Driver Medicals too. The clinics are conveniently located near Luton, BHX, LHR airports.

Airside Driver Medical

​

The process is simple

1) Book an appointment online 

​*Payment is required to secure the booking and to minimise no shows and late cancellations.

2) Send through the completed the medical declaration forms, a copy of your ID, GP patient summary 

3) Bring in a valid drivers license / passport  for ID purposes+ your forms+ Patient summary and previous certificates ( if applicable)

4) Bring your glasses if you require them. Do not wear contact lens until the assessment is completed.

5) Come with a full bladder as we'll need to check your urine 

6) Wear suitably loose clothing for easy access / undressing for the medical checks

7) Advise us if you wish a chaperone to be present during the clinical examination

8) The medical form will be reviewed with the doctor 

9) The  doctor will then undertake a medical check 

10) The doctor will then fill the results and sign the certificate.

11)  If we are unable to sign off the medical certificate the doctor will advise on which additional checks/ reports are needed.

12) Otherwise you'll be usually leaving with your certificate, a big smile and a receipt*.

The whole process should take about 30 minutes

*Further reports review and certificate posting incurs additional work and therefore fees.
